What is the difference:

Stop talking too much, will you?
Stop talking too much, won't you?
Stop talking too much, can't you?
Stop talking too much, can you?

They all mean essentially the same thing. If you want to be picky then the fist two ask about willingness to do something and the second two about the ability to do something.
