looking for a word

Hi,

What do you call an exercise when while doing it, you have to lie flat on the floor with your back pressed to the ground and move your knees and legs as if you were riding a bicycle.

I have always heard it called "The Bicycle." I looked it up on Google, and several websites call it that, too.
