Gramatically Correct?
Is this an okay sentence, "These men and women are just that, heroes, and we should pay them tribute every opportunity we get."
Is there ay way I could revise it to make it better?

- "These men and women are just that. They are heroes, and we should pay them tribute every opportunity we get."
- "These men and women are just that -- heroes -- and we should pay them tribute every opportunity we get."
- "These men and women are just that; they are heroes. And we should pay them tribute every opportunity we get."
