    Default supply for

    Dear teachers

    What does the following sentence mean exactly?

    The college supplies for the needs of students with variety of learning.

    Does it mean provide? Just like to supply with? I couldnīt find supply FOR in any dictionary..
    Thanks a lot for your help....KP

    "Supply for" and "Supply with" will not always mean the same, it will depend on the context..

    A better word in this context could be "satiate"

    The college satiates the needs of students with variety of learning.

    Much better

    The college satiates the needs of students by providing various forms of learning.

    Satiates = Satisfies or Quenches
