am in process of analysing the poem 'The Lamb' by blake

it starts like the following

Little lamb,who made thee,

starts with apostrophe and ends with retorical question but my question is
does the use of different technical devises change the meaning of the whole line

please I need the answer as soon as possible

Little Lamb, who made you?

It means, I wonder who made you. It's similar in structure to

Hana, how are you?

I think its something between celebrating eternity and the love of youth forever
but how can you approach to the analysis of these lines
Spite of despondence, of the inhuman dearth
Of noble natures, of the gloomy days,
Of all the unhealthy and o'er-darkened ways
when I read this already I remember apoem because I couldnt stop for death
and how people look for eternity .Is the speaker happy after having what he wants.is there any thing belong to greek mythologyEndymion .does he need heaven on earth like khubla khan.
