Could you tell me, please if the below sentences are correct?

1. What other tools does it cooperate with?
2. What are the other tools that cooperate with it?

I'm not sure if 'cooperate' is the right word. What about, compatible?

1. What other tools is it compatible with?
2. What are the tools that are compatible with it?
