To feel bad - To feel uneasy
Is there a kind of gray zone where these two expressions
may coincide?
Thanks in advance,

Yes, when you are confronted with a situation where you can not help doing something against your conscience. Every person has a freewill which works independently. When something comes in the way its working, in other words, you are compelled to work against your conscience, you feel bad or feel uneasy.

Yes, but there are differences of degree and timing IMO- uneasiness is often associated with the feelings before doing something wrong or painful and not so much with very serious or clear-cut issues.
