Lightbulb Bulgaria property sales

Hello. I am working on a website about real estate in Bulgaria.
I wanted to know if I can use the following heading on a page:
Bulgaria Property Sales
or should I use Bulgarian Property Sales instead?
The use of the first phrase is completely wrong or can I use it in some cases?
Thank you very much for your help.

If that is what you are calling your site, then go ahead and use it. It is similar to a company name.

No, no. I am using those words as a title for a paragraph. I just wanted to know if it is grammatically correct.

To be honest, without the full context it is not really possible to say one way or the other.

Give an example so that we can see what you are talking about.

Hi Ricardo,

Bulgaria (n) = http://www.answers.com/main/ntquery?s=Bulgaria&gwp=13
bulgarian (adj.) = búlgaro, búlgara

Here are two links from Internet concerning the matter in question:

Bulgaria Apartments for Sale - Ski Property and Real Estate in Bulgaria
Bulgarian Properties for sale and rent - buy houses in Bulgaria , apartments and flats, land offices, rural property and hotels.

Regards,

V.
