names of fingers and toes

Please teach me all the names (both usual names and nicknames) given to fingers and toes.

Fingers may be referred to, in order, as thumb, index or pointer, middle, ring, and little or pinky.

There may be others, such as "thumbkins" for the thumb, and "bird" for the middle (as in "flipping a bird" obscene gesture).

Toes are usually just big (for the big one) and little or pinky (for the last one). I don't know of nicknames for the interim toes.
