[Grammar] Pronoun reference

Hey I have three sentences and I'm trying to figure out which one uses correct pronoun reference.

1) My instructor says she will help anyone who needs it.
2) She is generous with her time, which must surely be limited, as everyone's is.
3) In my political science textbook they discuss the benefits of a minority government.

Number 2 looks the most correct to me but I'm not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.

They all seem correct to me. I can see some potential objections to 1 and 3.
