Default there are bound to be

    Dear Friends,

I wonder what 'there are to be bound to' means:

"there are bound to" - Google Könyvek

What is the original phrase? Is there such an expression as 'there are to be bound to'? If yes, how can I use/understand it?

There are bound to be = It is almost certainly that case that this is true.

There are bound to be a lot of objections to your proposal.
There are bound to be people who will want to go with you.
