    Default Which word, please?

I need help with this sentence:
The young employee has a/an......quality---he is totally honest.

Which word should I use before quality, respectable, admirable, or decent?
    Thank you.

I'd choose admirable quality because it's a collocation. There are other reasons as well: a quality cannot be respectable; it can, however, be respected. Decent is semantically awkward as well.
