| Here I have two questions I trouble you to explain to me. 1.—what a nice meal! Thank you for having us. ---_________. A. It doesn’t matter B.It was a pleasure C.Not nice enough D.With pleasure 2.Professor White has written some short stories ,but he is _____ known for his plays. A.the best B.more C.better D.the most The first multiquestion I remember is originally set in a paper of junior high school of our country. But now I have got trouble in finding it. I am feeling that there is something wrong with the sentence Thank you for having us ,esp the word “having”.Or is it possible that in front of having I have missed typing the word---- invited. If the sentence is right ,does it mean that Thank you for inviting us. weiqun Thank you all |

| "Thank you for having us" is short for "Thank you for having us over to your home." |
