Please check if the word is fine
Hi,
Meditation is good for relieving pressure.
Can I use 'pressure' in the sentence? What does 'pressure' mean here? Does it mean 'stress" or other thing?
Thanks in advance.

"Tension" or "stress" would be better than "pressure".
