Default which sentence is more suitable?

hi,

In a cover letter for job application, which sentence is more suitable for the first paragraph.
If there is grammatical mistake, i would appreciate if you tell me.

sentence1
Inresponse to your job posting, in your company's website, regarding thepositions for the Graduate 2010 program, I have attached my CV andapplication form for your consideration.

sentence 2
Please accept my CV and application form as the expression of my interest in the positions for the Graduate 2010 program.

Note:
Graduate 2010 is the name of the graduate scheme.
And there are more than 1 position but all positions are the identical.

thanks
