No, they have different meaning. First of all both are positive staements, so no question mark at the end. Please rememder 'can' is a modal verb which is used to express the idea of abilty where as 'do' is a simple helping verb used to form nagative or interogative sentences..
I can't see her.= I am not able to see her, although I have tried many times to meet her.
I don't see her.= She is not seen these days. May be she is out of town.
