    Sayings don't usually have words like "usually" in them. eg.
    "Necessity is the mother of invention." or "A stitch in time saves nine".
    They are not qualified; so I'd remove "usually".
    Secondly, it's rather trite, since there'd be no need for negotiation unless there was some type of conflict.

    Why, what do you think of it?
