Neck pad?
Hi,
When someone has a stiff neck or when hurt his first cervical he uses a kind of pad that stabilizes his neck. How do you call that in English? A neck pad??

We'd call it a neck brace, or a collar. You can get soft collars and hard collars.
Soft collars are for minor injuries - they're made of foam rubber and stick together with velcro.
Hard collars are made of hard plastic; they're more restrictive.
The top of the range neck braces (for unstable fractures of the cervical spine) are halo braces that scaffold your neck straight.

Here's a selection of soft and hard collars (They call them cervical collars on this site):
Neck Braces, Neck Collars, and Neck Wraps
