capitalization for event name

If an event's exact name is ABC Holloween Mixer, I get that it would be capitalized. But in the event where the name is not exact, is capitalization optional? For example, that abc holloween party.

For Britons of a certain age, ABC made bread (a particularly tasteless sort, but quite cheap as its main constituent was air [whence the "A"]).
