TESOL/ TOEFL

I want to get my TESOL/ TOFL certification but I really must do it in an online course. I simply do not have time to attend classes. With regard to a course, is one school better than another or are they all basically the same? In other words, from a hiring school’s perspective is a certification all I need?

Can anyone recommend a good on-line course?

TOEFL is an exam for English learners:) TESOL- well I know only CELTA but's it's not online.
