Question Where are the "others" phrasal verbs ?

As an usual reader of Yahoo's home page, I could see that the news of this site uses a lot of phrasal verbs, which can't be found when searching them in online dictionaries.
v.gr.: pull back
How can it be possible ?

Phrasal verb: pull back

Test
Passive: The curtain was pulled back.
Relative: The curtain, which was pulled back, was brown in color.
Movement: Please pull the curtain back.
Fronting: The curtain, pull it back please.
