what are differences between dissatisfied and unsatisfied?

They can be synonyms but differ here:

When 'satisfied' means 'pleased, gratified', the antonym is 'dissatisfied'.
When 'satisfied' means 'completed, fulfilled', the antonym is 'unsatisfied'.

In addition, I imagine that there are some collocational preferences.
