She doesn't want to let go her family.
meaning to 'abandon'.
Can someone tell me which one is correct?

Neither #1 nor #2 have anything to do with abondonment.
let go
of = part with.
ex.
Let go of my hand, I want to leave. = Release my hand.
She doesn't want
to let go of her family.= she doesn't want to part with them, let them go.
Your sentence #2 is ungrammatical. What was it you wanted to say?
She doesn't want to let her family go...?
If you are thinking about abondonment, you can say:
She doesn't want to walk out on her family.
