What is meaning of "human touch"?
Two of my American friends give me different explanation, one means "friendly", the other "hard working".
Could you like help me about this idiom?
thanks

I don't think human touch has anything to do with working hard. Human touch is a quality of being friendly, personable and warm.
If someone has the human touch, it woud be a person that makes you feel "homey", welcome, relaxed, etc.
It's also a quality found in inaminate objects. Say, you've just moved into your new house and invite all your friends to see what their first impressions are. One of them might say:
It's a nice place but it's so sterile and cold looking. It really lacks the human touch.
