guideline sentences if any semantic issue in there

Hi,

I have wrote down the following 4 guideline sentences, and want to know if any semantic issue in there. If any, please point out for me.

1. WorkWithBeta.bat just delete all cached files, include temp files and prefetch files.

2. this is work with some beta applications, such as Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, maybe also working with others.

3. just downloading and installing these genuine applications, it would remind you with a trying days.

4. after these application is expired, just run WorkWithBeta.bat, and reinstalling these applications, working again.
