| That may well depend on the age of the person who is making the evaluation. To a 5 year old, four is young; to a ninety year old, sixty may be young. |

| OK. 12 - 37 for females, and about 16.5 - 46 for males. (plus/minus ~ 1.5 years in both cases). |
