Recently, I've written a bidding document.

It is about installing computer at schools in a developing country.

In addition, they want to call that activity as the term of "infomatization".

It is not likely English for me, I think there are better ways to describe this activity probably.

Thus, I want to ask you all. Could you recommend any other explanation?

I'd call it a computer installation business.
Why bother using English if you're not going to use English words?

Because it's going to be used for bidding documents, I want to use correct English explanation.

Moreover, this business's purpose is for students at the schools to have a circumstance using World Wide Web, and other computing stuffs.

I agree with Raymott. You have written a bid to install computers in schools. So what you are doing is computer installation.
If you must use the non-word 'informatization' in order to get the contract, do so. Just be aware that it is not English.

Yes, but it's so broad. It could be a data-hosting organization. It could be a fact-checking or research organization. Any news publication can be considered an information-oriented business.

Can you explain why you don't want to use the easily understandable, frequently used term "computer installation"?

Are you trying to think of a phrase to describe your business? If so, and if your business has to do with computers, you might use the phrase 'information technology oriented business'. However, to my ear it sounds as though you are trying not to say what your business is or to make your customers guess what it is you do.
Do you sell the computers? Install them? Provide technical support? Does your business include other kinds of electronics? Computers are more than 'information-oriented' devises, so there's probably a clearer way to describe what you you do that will be more helpful to someone seeking your services.

The reason why I want to use "information-oriented business" is that the bidding documents are going to send to both my boss and the Uzbekistan government officer.

Thus, it has to have some sense for both of them.

In Korea, we, Korean people, normally use one term to describe the business which establish computing environment and teach how to use those equipments. Besides, we are not making computer. We are arranging proper vendors and scheduling the plan for doing like that.

That is meaning what the word which I've tried to use should have.

It is awkward for Korean people if I call those activities as "computer installations".

In a related post, you have made it much clearer what you are trying to do. In my response to that post you will find more suggestions, but here let me say that you may want to use 'technology' instead of 'information.'
Since your project includes not only installation, but also monitoring and maintenance of the entire system, I suggested that you use a phrase such as 'Technology Modernization'. As a way to refer to the business as a whole, you may want to say 'technology services' or 'comprehensive technology services'.
