"I'm enough…＂and gratitude

John: I'm not enough.

Katie: For what?

John: This is going to be hard, becuase I'm alreadysort of spinning with it…because you know, I've been through this part of it. And it all becomes so circular after a while.

Katie: Now let's move back to the question.

John: I can already tell where we're going with this, and like--

Katie: So let's move back.

John:[in a tone of self-parody] I know, I know: I'm enough to be sitting here. Like, so what!

This is going to be hard,——Does it mean, this is going to be fruitless or this is not going anywhere?

I can already tell where we're going with this,--Does it mean, I already know where this is leading--I know the result?

I'm enough to be sitting here. --Sitting here is enough for me? Or, I am good enough to be sitting here?

It would help in understanding if we knew the question Katie originally asked, that she wishes to return to: "Now let's move back to the question."

I can't decide whether John is in Relationship Counselling, or therapy for paralyzing social anxiety; or if this is Gestalt group therapy.

You are sure it's "I'm not enough" and not "It's not enough"?

"I'm not enough" is one of the most painful thoughts of all. And John was tormented by it.

"Fow what?" was the first question Katie asked as John said that " I'm not enough."

"I can already tell where we're going with this" does mean I know where this is heading. As for I am not enough, it is hard to tell what is meant by that. Perhaps John means I am not good enough (for Kate). It's hard to tell.
