My next problem is:

OR

"She finds a way to express herself"

It depends what you want to say, the first one could be easily corrected, the second is correct, but they mean different things.

"She has found a way to express herself"
"She finds a way to express herself".
Can you see the difference?

"She has found a way to express herself" - she found it in the past and she believes it will last forever, I mean her way of expression :). Do I comprehend it correctly?

"She finds a way to express herself" - This is present simple, but I can't imagine this in some real situation. Maybe, when she found a way once (in 1995 - e.g. wearing blue clothes all the time :) ) and the second time (in let's say 2006 ) she finds the other way ( red clothes all the time ), however she is not sure of the change in her mind and clothing in short/long period of time etc. But I'm probably wrong.

Could you correct me, please.

It is impossible to say exactly when it happened, but it probably happened recently or we would put it in the past tense. As for whether she believes that method of expression will be useful forever it is impossible to tell.

As for the other expression, if you cannot figure out a way to use it then it is best not to.

My sister is sick and has lost her voice. She can't talk at all, but don't worry - she still finds a way to express herself.
