I keep hearing my friends saying this when sb is back from traveling especially out of country, I myself have been using it, just would like to ask anybody here if this is correct or I heard it wrong?
If it's correct, are there other ways of saying it too?

thanks, but don't we say, how are you doing on grades?, isn't this like the idea of asking people how are they doing on something and in this case, OVER jet lag?
