the phrase meaning "a room whose temperature is controlled"

I want to express "a room whose temperature is controlled", but am not sure how to say it precisely. Some suggested “temperature-controlled room”, and I do not think it appropriate because it means "the room or something in the room such as the facilities (though perhaps including the temperature itself) are controlled by temperature, mistaking the thing being done for the doer.
Please help give a more precise phrase. Thanks.
