As the title already says I would like to know the best version.

Let's say I want to praise English Language Discussion Forums

What would be fully right?:
This forum is very nice.
These forums are very nice.
Those forums are very nice.

I have the feeling the 2nd is right...
I doubt I could use is in combination with forums.
