"We'll see us next week" is not correct. "We'll see each other next week" is the correct way to say it.

Yes, it's awkward, as it's like saying ?He'll see himself next week or ?they'll see themselves next week.

I use:

• We'll see one another next week.
• I'll see you (all) next week.

Because in German "We will see us next week." would be fully right.
(If you translate it 100%.)
