You use the present perfect continuous for an action which begins in the past and continues until the present time.

Example: I am tired because I have been running for two hours this morning.

I have been working on this report for three weeks.
I have been driving this car for 10 years.

Note that this tense does not require that you did that one action and nothing else but that action. It simply let's know it's still going on now.

If I understand what you have written, the present perfect continuous tense is used to an action which began in the past, during a length of time with a connection with present time.

You are flattering me, but I am not sure I have a high level in English. I read newpaper but it's very hard sometimes to follow what the writers mean.Do you know sites where I can find things about business or other stuffs, but not news, because news are always the same in all newspapers around EU and USA.

I have repaired my car for two hours \\ now the repairing is complete
I have learned English for two years \\ no longer I will learn English


The action started in the past and will continue in the future too .. then it is present perfect continuous

I have been repairing my car for two hours \\ now the repairing is not complete and could continue in the future too.

I have been learning English for two years \\ the learning started in the past before two years ago and will continue in the future too
