I saw somebody (on a Chinese ESL website)justifying his saying "He might go to disagree with that." by saying it's 'cause we say "He is going to disagree." Is it right, I think/know it must be wrong, just don't know how.

Hmm. I don't know the exact context, so I'm not sure what the "somebody" wanted to express, but as is "He might go to disagree with that", although understandable, is odd. Try,

He might try to disagree with that.
He might want to disagree with that.
He might just go ahead and disagree with that.
