a. Slowly, I'll work better.
b. I'll work better slowly.

Do these sentences mean:
I'll work better when I work slowly.
or:
I'll work better if I work slowly

To me, they mean that I will make slow progress in improving my work.

A) Means "Slowly and over time, I will gradually work better."
B) Means the above, and that your work better going at a slow pace.
