I'm a student & trying to learn English , as main question i want to know what's the origin of grammar ?( not just it's etymology but also how it was created, how did they classifying it & writing its rules,,,?).

Within the western tradition, it goes back to the Ancient Greeks, who found it useful for philosophy and logic, and then for the study of literature. Plato and Aristotle, I think, were the first to analyze sentences in terms of subject and predicate, for which they used the Greek words that now mean nouns and verbs. The Stoics then developed a somewhat different analysis, which formed the basis of what we now know as the "parts of speech" - in particular Dionysius Thrax, who you might like to google. His list of parts of speech was different from ours, but was extremely influential. A lot that we now take for granted goes back to him and his predecessors.
