Dear teacher I very often come acrros this clause "consider it done" and tried my best to understand it but so far I could not get its meaning even I looked for it in my dictionary and it is not there.
So, could you please tell me its meaning and really I will be appreciating.

Consider it done means it will be done for sure, it's a done deal, there's no doubt whatsoever that it will be done. Think of it as being already done = you are 100% sure it will be done; the word "impossible" is not taken into account.
