    Default Am i using romantic correctly.

    1) My mom told me that the last time she felt romantic was 20 years ago.
    2) My mom has not felt romantic in a long time.

    Not a teacher.
    You're right. Beside 'to be', there are some special verbs that can be followed by an adjective not an adverb: feel, look, sound, smell, taste...
