Is this sentence below a good one?
"And now all of sudden everyone's work on the other side of the river has been proven."

I think it should be ""And now all of the sudden everyone's work on the other side of the river has been proven.""

If you can make a google search for "all of the sudden" and for "all of a sudden" you will find out that the former is twice times more popular that the latter.
As one knows "long time no see" is grammatically incorrect, but since a lot of people use this pretty much so it becomes acceptable. Can "all of the sudden" be the case?

Languages change over time, as you said. In the future "all of the sudden" might be a perfectly fine expression, but today it is not. "All of a sudden" is the only one of your three examples that is correct today.
