Thank you all
If I want to mean that "somebody will not talk to you because he is proud or because of his pride", do I say "He will be proud not to talk to you" ?
In the name of the Merciful Allah,
To me," He will talk to you proudly" means that he will talk arrogantly, and not feeling honored because of such talking as " He will be proud to talk to you" refers to. So, these two sentences aren't alike.
And yes "He will be proud not to talk to you" means " He will not talk to you because of his pride"
By the way, I'm not a teacher.
