    Default is it right to say ?

    is it right to use a plural form after the word adjective first like for example " the first days of the year" ?

    I believe yes.. First days of the year are jan 01, 02, 03... -no specific number of days

    first two days of the year are jan 01, 02. with specific number of days.

    Please comment if I am wrong tnx

    You're correct. It's fine.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
