    Default Make it effective, please

    Dear Teacher

Please correct the following message and make it more effective. It is to congratulate my boss for his salary increase. (Is it award or reward? He got the special grade in Basic Salary)

    Congratulations on your "SPECIAL GRADE"

Your great efforts, dedication and excellent leadership brought you the "Special Grade" as an award. You really deserve it.

God may bleass you with many more rewards in future.

I'd say "reward", and I wouldn't use the quotation marks because it may sound sarcastic about his "Grade". How do you see it in standard Indian English?

Thanks. Here in our company there is GRADE system. One who gets higher grade he would get more basic salary.

    Please do help.

I agree. Lose the quotations marks (in both places).
Also you could consider an exclamation point.
    Congratulations on your SPECIAL GRADE!
    Oh, and spell 'bless' right.

Otherwise, I'm sure your boss will be pleased with what you've written.

Is it to okay to write the following:

Hearty Congratulations on your NEW GRADE! (or Hearty Congratulations on getting NEW GRADE! which one is more effective?)

Your great efforts, dedication and excellent leadership brought you the NEW GRADE as a reward (or as reward - Is "a" essential here?). You really deserve it.

God may bless you with many more rewards in future.
