    Hello, I am translating some Hungarian sentences literally and not sure if they sound correct and idiomatic in English as well. Please, help! Thanks a lot.

    1) This knife doesn't cut.
    2) This knife doesn't cut (very) well.
    3) These scissors don't cut (well).
