Something frightening 'causes' (or can cause) fear - is there a word for something that can 'cause orgasm' ?

My first guess was it could be 'orgasmic' but the dictionary says orgasmic means 'pertaining to or in a state of orgasm'. Does that mean 'orgasmic' can be used for can 'cause' orgasm ??

Also, how do you say 'good enough to produce ecstacy' in one word? ('Ecstatical experience' doesn't quite sound right).

I would use "orgasmic" and "ecstatic".
