Usage of present perfect and past simple in a same sentence
Is the usage of present perfect and past simple correct here?
'You see what she has done to you, you became ill because of her.'
If not correct, please explain to me. Thanks a lot and happy new year to all.

It's fine, but as a pedantic writing teacher I would point out that you need more than a comma here; either a semi-colon or a period is necessary.
That is not to say that you won't find many literary giants ignoring this rule.

As the previous poster has pointed out, it is not one sentence but two incorrectly punctuated.
