Default proofread my speech!

Can someone proofread my speech? and while you're reading can you some how give me ideas to make my speech longer since its a 10minute talk. The topic is about USB Flash Drive

My first worry is that you are probably about 9 1/2 muinutes under time. Ideas- what's the essential difference between Flash memory and other types- soild state memory is rerecoradble, but , best of all, has no moving parts so is ideal for transporting, like flash sticks. Compare the way the work to hard drives and dvd. I'm in a dash, but I'll come back later and try to suggest more.
