    1. Please, are "to" and "in other to" the same? I mean, can I use either?

    2. Is it right to say: "He said to me".?

    3. a 82-year-old man or an 82 year old man?

    4. When someone commits a crime (he/she/they) should be... (Which is the correct form???)

    4 There's debate- I say 'they', some use 'he or she' and others 'he'. I think 'they' is winning nowadays.
