Dear Teachers,

1) They have the same meaning
2) They’re the same meaning

Which sentence is grammatically right ?

1) Are you finished yet ?
2) Have you finished yet ?

Which sentence is grammatically right ?

They are both fine. The present perfect is the standard version, but colloquially you will hear both being used. I wouldn't use the first in a formal context, though.
