    Default subordinate clause

Can someone help me with the sentence:

That will cause lots of problems, for example reducing full-time jobs.

    Doesn't sound correct.

Should there be instead: .... for example the reduction of full-time jobs

    thanks

    Default Re: subordinate clause

What exactly is 'that' referring to? And the context of the sentence?
Maybe it could be wrote as a conditional sentence?
