Can someone help me with the sentence:
That will cause lots of problems, for example reducing full-time jobs.
Doesn't sound correct.
Should there be instead: .... for example the reduction of full-time jobs

What exactly is 'that' referring to? And the context of the sentence?
Maybe it could be wrote as a conditional sentence?
